Special thanks to all of the Sons of Liberty Riders who signed the U.S. Civil Flag at Rolling Thunder!  This flag will be on display in our Ohio SOLR District Five Meeting House.  There is an historical connection to the original Sons of Liberty and this flag.  If you would like to know more about this flag's history, please read the following article:

I'm still en route to get home. Had to stop in Abilene this afternoon, storms are brewing! Should make it home by mid day tomorrow. Right now I have logged just over 4100 miles. Thank you everyone who helped make this weekend such a great success. One of the best vacations I have ever taken.

I did text a few people to let them know, that Sterling and I got home safe yesterday and were lucky, no rain.  OH Pres. Chris made it home safely also.  Had a great time and looking forward to next year.

Back to work today.  Made it home around 8:30 last night.  Took Skyline Drive then the Parkway to I 77, which ended up being a little more than 300 miles of scenic road.

Here is the photo that the young photographer took.  Email me at red1bensolr@hotmail.com if you want a copy.

Doyle and I got home about 5:00 yesterday after a bath around tthe Crosssville, TN area. I enjoyed Rolling Thunder again this year. It was great to meet up with folks from all over the country. Kudos to National for putting together another great event. Looking forward to September in Gatlinburg.
