I have explored all avenues for an explanation for the incident this past weekend, and no one can provide an explanation, including the members of the other MC involved. At some point, our National leadership has decided that it would just be best to surrender. Personally, I believe to surrender is only one step behind joining the invading forces. I will not belittle the cowardice shown by our National leadership, as it would be too easy to do, and I refuse to lower myself to that level, but at this point, I cannot continue to fight without knowing if I have a SOLR family watching my 6 or not. I , at this point, resign my position as a member of the SOLR,,,, good luck, and Godspeed to all of you,,,,,

After speaking with numerous members today, we have decided to have a special meeting as soon as possible. I think this Saturday afternoon is about as quick as we can try to get everyone together. I will check tomorrow on a good meeting place and post in here on the site. Maybe late afternoon so everyone has time do do their honey do,s.

I'm sad to say that Penny and I will not be able to attend either. We have to go to a surprise birthday gathering for a lifelong friend, who just so happens to have also been my Best Man in our wedding so I kinda feel obligated to go to his bday celebration! Those of you that do go please be safe and I'm confident that you will represent "SOLR" in the fashion that we've become known for! again, Ride safe and may God Bless each of you!!!ACTA NON VERBA!!!

Here is info on the event about the texting deal today. The event will start at 1:00 pm with a gospel sing at the karaoke place on 31 south at 2pm people can bring a covered dish and participate in that part of the event. At 5pm there will be a motorcade, I have heard two different stories one is the motorcade will travel to courthouse and also heard it will travel to the post office where the man who was killed worked and then to the courthouse. At 7pm people will sign petition for the law they are asking to be passed and also there have been many politicians that have been ask to speak. Then there will be a walk to the Chamber of Commerce where there will be a candle light vigil til9pm. So everyone can join at what ever point they want to in this process. Those who want to particate meet at south parking lot of courthouse at 4:30 sharp for kickstands up at 4:40 to go to karaoke. If you want to go earlier then that is up to you. Connie Mack will not be going he has work he has to do. I will not be going because now I find out this has turned into a bunch of newly elected politicians speaking and at least one who is running for a state office. However that is just my personnel decision,, everyone should do as they wish. Sorry for delay it has taken a long time to get all this info.

If you are NEW to SOLR:

  1. Join your state page, scroll down. Click on the name of your state and "JOIN".
  2. Contact the State President or leader.  NOT ALL STATES HAVE ONE.  If you are in a state that doesn't have leadership, get involved and try and reach out to the other members on the page.  Find another person who can help you get something going....then get involved.
  3. Read the by-laws, participate in the chat, reply to articles, and learn the ropes of how the site works.
  4. If you have a question post it in the chat room.  Someone should be able to answer it for you there.  If not contact your state leader or post it as a Discussion.
  5. Have fun and get involved politically!  While we are mostly "riders" many are not and our mission is POLITICAL 1st.....

We do have shirts available.  http://americanlibertyriders.ning.com/page/solr-tshirts

Back Logos are only available through your State President.....they will explain...and work with new members on "how" you go about getting one.

Acta Non Verba,

Sidecar Dan-National President
