California's First Annual gathering in Prunedale September 6-8th 2013. Mike Degrood and Deane Larkin were present, Mike's bike was down at the hotel and Deane stayed with him. All in all it was a success, and we will be doing it again next year!

and we're gonna need every single one and then some. Ive put this out on every site I belong to. Including Facebook because I read you dont have to be a biker. PS Rick, about that last line in your post,, I was sitting here one night, minding my own business, Obama comes on and in the middle of his speech says, and I paraphrase, california is the working model by which the rest of the country should be measured.... After I quit coughing from laughing so hard it hurt, I realized how bad we are going to have it shortly. How is it Feinstein and boxer are still here?? I mean, fienstien refused to even have a debate with her running mate and she STILL won?? It seems the brainwashed, indoctrinated, educated,, have forgotten simpler things, like Common Sense, which despite its name, isnt so common after all.

I'm sure this is going to take time. Just send the link to every patriot biker you can. It should spread fast. There are many good American bikers here in California.

Amen, WAY past time.

Hi, guys. I just found out about this group from some of my biker buddies, and signed up. I'm surprised that there aren't more California bikers active here, since the turn out for the Patriot Guard rides is pretty good! But every journey begins with a single step, and I'm encouraged by the 9/12 march on DC (even though the numbers were way underreported by the "press").

As a native California, I'm saddened to see what's happened to this once great state. It's way past time to take it back...

Thanks again. there is not much any one can do at moment. I've done OK in my time. Now I just take one day at a time and try to enjoy myself.

I can fully empathize. Its a long story, but I can relate. Enjoy what you can, as long as you can, Brother!! Tomorrow isnt guaranteed for anyone. If theres anything I can do to help you, in any way, let me know.

Thank you Scott for the concerns. I don't think I'll ever completly recover. It's something that I'll just have to live with until I go by wayside. I can't work anymore, but I still tinker with my bikes and my cars. Only now it takes me a little longer to get things done. Most of my riding is back and forth to doctor appointments. They are suprised that I'm riding. They once told me not to give up on trying to do some of the things that I enjoy. I'm going to try and ride until the end. Hopefully it will be longer than what they gave me. Ride safe and have fun.
