1st of all this is NOT an April Fools joke!
Sarah Root was kill by a drunk illegal immigrant back in January. The judge released him on a $5000.00 bond.(Officially $50000.00 however in NE they bond on the 10% and don't have bondsman that secures the rest). Now he has fled! Also he has a record of not showing up in court!
Her father Scott is holding a signature drive/complaint against the judge. Saturday April 2nd at 78th and Dodge at 11 am. This is not rally but an event to collect signatures to hold the judge accountable for neglect.
I am unofficially extending an invitation for all the can spare a few minutes tomorrow and stop and sign the complaint.
Scott is also a biker like many of us and he extended the invite to biker buddies. If you are a biker or not, take time and stop and support Scott!
Also you don't need to be from NE. All are welcome to sign. I intend on adding mine.
If you are not familiar with the case I will add here several links and the invited interview with Chris Baker on KFAB.
Thanks for your time!

PGR Statewide Nebraska. Wreaths across America Statehouse Ceremony. Lincoln, NE, 8 DEC 14

Nebraska PGR supports the Wreaths Across America (WAA) Statehouse Ceremony in Lincoln, as we gather to honor our American Heroes

Remember - Honor - and Teach

Remember the fallen;

Honor those who serve;

Teach our children the value of freedom.

The Wreaths Across America story began over 19 years ago when Worcester Wreath company began a tradition of placing wreaths on the headstones of our Nation's fallen heroes at Arlington National Cemetery during the holidays.

Each year since 2007, more and more communities have been participating in wreath-laying Statehouse ceremonies conducted on the Monday before the official Wreaths Across America™ day of 13 Dec 2014. This year’s Nebraska Statehouse ceremony will be held on 8 Dec 14, as a prelude to the national Wreaths Across America day. The Statehouse ceremony promotes a week-long celebration of America’s veterans and their service to our Country, with a particular focus on family during the holidays. At locations nationwide, Civil Air Patrol, veterans groups, funeral service practitioners and others who embrace the Wreaths Across America™ mission to, “Remember the Fallen; Honor Those Who Serve, And Teach The Children The Cost of Freedom,” will, in fact remember and honor our veterans during the holiday season, the traditional time of family get-togethers and gratitude.

Riders are invited to gather and support the Nebraska WAA Statehouse Ceremony this year as outlined below. The Nebraska Wreath Laying Ceremony will be synchronized to mirror all ceremonies taking place at 12:00 Noon EST. Dignitaries are planned to speak in honor of our veterans and active military. I would like to get it going also. I have not been feeling well since surgery but getting better. surgery cost $230,000.00 and one would think it would have done me some good, however; I did better before surgery. The surgery was to reduce pain in my lower body due to a young man running me over and then backing over me. He then left the scene leaving me for dead. this happened in Fremont back in 2006. My back and legs have had 14 surgeries since. This being the most expensive and painful. I am thankful to be alive I had been a Power-Lifter of 25 years and I contribute my strength to my survival. I am willing to do my part to get things moving here in NE

I am sorry but I have been sick since having my back surgery. I am open to meeting you, as for your last e-mails you sent to me. My PC went down and I had a new hard drive and power pack placed in it. They uninstall windows XP and installed Windows 7. I should have my PC back either tonight or tomorrow and I hope then we can communicate better.

anyone interested in leadership must meet with national first. We have a defined process to install leadership. As of now, there is no official position in Nebraska. Those interested post here and we can begin the process. thanks you
