It was great to get together. I wish I'd thought to take a pic of us all at Mr. Jalapeno's. But the one below is how SC SOLR looked at a stop on the way there, after a little downpour...

It sure was great to see all  of you at Mr Jalapeno yesterday.  Put the first few miles on my brand new Michelin rear tire.  The last tire had threads showing before I realized I needed a new one. I am now the old guy who can't remember s*** and needs to be reminded of every thing. See y'all next time.

SC SoLR, Just for clarification there are (2) rides that are in play here.   One tomorrow June 4th  and another July 4th (The Eagle Soars Alone)  both are as follows:  (Feel free to fly big flags if you have them)

June 4th (Tomorrow)

The Eagle Soars Alone --- Again! Breaking with the Paris Climate Accord is a great and visible example that America is once again a Sovereign Nation. We no longer flock with the other nations of the world. We soar alone, as do eagles.

To celebrate this great example that the Eagle Soars Alone, I propose a ride (with Flags-a-Flyin' if ya got 'em).

When: Tomorrow, Sunday June 4.

Time: 1:00PM. KSU 1:15 pm.

Where: Exxon @ I-385 x24.

The plan is to cruise up I-385 to Woodruff Rd, then take it to Woodruff and stop for snacks, then back to Fountain Inn.

July 4th

The Eagle Soars Alone... SC SOLR Meets up with our NC Brothers.

We should be in Woodruff between 1:45-2:00 PM. Meet at Mr. Jalapeno, 807 N Main St, Woodruff, SC 29388.

I agree, Dick.  Absolutely great symbolism.  I won't be able to make it tomorrow, but maybe we can plan an "Eagle Soars Alone" ride in our area around July 4th.
