Was great to see all my SOLR brethren Saturday. Excellent program, Dr. Dan.

Never forget 9/11/2001 and 9/11/2012.

On 9/11/2001 civilians on American soil were brutally attacked by militants. Men and women who had never been trained for combat and who were loving sons, daughters, husbands, and wives were faced with the horrors that no living creature should ever have to stand before.

On 9/11/2012 three American soldiers and a US Ambassador were killed in an attack for lack of military support. A grave injustice of the Administration, and the Americans that supported such incompetence in office.

Never forget 9/11.

Saturday Sep 9 SC-SOLR Ride

******- TIME CHANGE -******

  • 6:15 AM - Marathon gas station, I-385 x24. KSU 6:30 AM.
  • 8:00 AM - Exxon, 102 Westminster Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693 [Near junction of 183 and US-76.]
  • 9:30 AM Hiawassee, GA

See flyer. Distribute freely.

BTW --- Hurricane Irma may cross SC early next week - like Monday! If the pattern continues as it has today, in the upstate SC and nearby NC I expect to be w/o power for about a week. That means gas stations will not be able to pump gas and many other bad things. Lower in the state it will be longer. ***PREPARE before we ride Saturday. And especially enjoy the ride Saturday - last break before the storm!***

Coming Attractions:

Saturday 9/9: 911/Benghazi Memorial Ride;  in Hiawassee GA.

Monday 9/11: In addition to the 9/9 ride, I plan to ride the upstate with big flag in memorial to 911/Benghazi. Let me know if you would like to join and I'll map a ride.

Sorry to hear about the delay MAC.  The ride won't be the same without you.  My best to Georgia!

On another note, is coming up September 15 thru 17. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I am one of the speakers and could use a part time assistant, if any one is interested in helping to man a booth in exchange for a free ticket. $75. value. One of the highlights is Bill Forestner will be there Sunday evening for an "intimate" question and answer period.  This is the author of the three books that start with 'One second After' and then 'One year after'
