AQmen to that Dan. Maybe we could schedule it for something we could do on a national level at one time. Keep it on the table Dan so we dont let it pass and forget it till the last moment. I like the year to plan idea to

It may take time Connie, but I think every active SOLR STATE that doesn't already have a standing event (Like this one) should consider having their own event if possible.  We have a year to plan! :)

Will do Connie! Our participation will be a fact-finding mission as well. And we'll get some pictures as well.

Mike

I really like the idea of this event. The date although is scheduled so close to 2 other events we have planned that its almost impossible for us to try to make something happen, so to say. Please share all the info you get on this and maybe next year it could be something we might try to head up down here.

Share any photos you guys are a part of too if possible.

Thanks

Connie Mack

A bit of a "ride" for me from TN...but we have discussed trying to gear up to make sure we either HOST or SUPPORT (If there is already an event in your area) this day/event.  This is a great Annual event idea and is right in our wheelhouse as an organization.  We will discuss this on with the States for sure.  Please keep in contact about it and make sure you keep notes and get more info from the event for us.

WE WERE IN THIS EVENT A FEW YEARS AGO , CROWDS CHEERED US AND THE JUDGES OF THE PARADE ALL TOOK THEIR HATS OFF AS WE STOPPED BY THEM. VERY IMPRESSIVE EVENT.

New Members please read

If you are NEW to SOLR:

  1. Join your state page, scroll down. Click on the name of your state and "JOIN".
  2. Contact the State President or leader.  NOT ALL STATES HAVE ONE.  If you are in a state that doesn't have leadership, get involved and try and reach out to the other members on the page.  Find another person who can help you get something going....then get involved.
  3. Read the by-laws, participate in the chat, reply to articles, and learn the ropes of how the site works.
  4. If you have a question post it in the chat room.  Someone should be able to answer it for you there.  If not contact your state leader or post it as a Discussion.
  5. Have fun and get involved politically!  While we are mostly "riders" many are not and our mission is POLITICAL 1st.....

We do have shirts available.  http://americanlibertyriders.ning.com/page/solr-store-1

Back Logos are only available through your State President.....they will explain...and work with new members on "how" you go about getting one.
