First of all the President elect can't do anything like abolishing the IRS, EPA, Dept of Education without congressional approval. So no matter what we hear from the talking heads it will not happen without a vote in the house and senate agreeing to make it happen. I do know that Herman knows what to do to stop the fed. He said there's a law on the books already that will make it happen. I wonder why the others aren't talking about it?

Thank you Colleen, and I agree 100%!  I'm tired of people who tell me "Well, there's nothing we can do about it!!"   REALLY.........then I proceed to tell them what we can and should be doing.  I will not tolerate what the government demands of me anymore!  I am starting to refuse some of the licenses they tell me I have to have IE; pay to walk in MY forest!  Keep my mouth shut at town meetings.....etc.  Hell with em!  If ENOUGH of us stand up in court TOGETHER each time they bring us there, and we ALL DEMAND our Constitution RIGHTS.....I think they will get tired of us.  At least, we'll be doing something until the time comes when there will be more to do!!!

James Madison on Standing Armies and tyranny at home
A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defense against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.

Welcome to the Sons of Liberty Riders family! We are so glad you decided to join us. If you have not done so already take a moment to join your State group. It is easy to do and I encourage you to take the time now; as your first step.

Locate your State flag. Which is located on the right side of the main SOLR page – click on it – and join your State.

Once you have joined your State group, you will have access to a full compliment of important info, which is designed to include people, issues & events in your State.

You will also notice there is a great deal of conversation going on the Main page. Feel free to participate but keep active on your State group so you are able to keep up to date on your State’s events & whatnot.

If you have any questions or need help with anything … drop me a line.

-Eilana Caswell
-Sons Of Liberty Riders National Secretary

Good idea, I think the best thing you could do is to post this idea on the comment wall and see if someone has some ideas on how to push this forward. It will be an uphill battle with the commie controlled school system.

Welcome aboard Colleen. It's good to see that you made it in spite of the computer problems. Kudos to Eilana for helping you out with that. OK girl, there is one more step for you to do and you are in. On the SOLR main page scroll down and click on the link above the Washington state flag on the right side of the screen. Follow the prompt and join the WA State home page. Be sure to give a shout and introduce yourself on the comment wall. See you at the general meeting on the 20th.

New Members please read

If you are NEW to SOLR:

  1. Join your state page, scroll down. Click on the name of your state and "JOIN".
  2. Contact the State President or leader.  NOT ALL STATES HAVE ONE.  If you are in a state that doesn't have leadership, get involved and try and reach out to the other members on the page.  Find another person who can help you get something going....then get involved.
  3. Read the by-laws, participate in the chat, reply to articles, and learn the ropes of how the site works.
  4. If you have a question post it in the chat room.  Someone should be able to answer it for you there.  If not contact your state leader or post it as a Discussion.
  5. Have fun and get involved politically!  While we are mostly "riders" many are not and our mission is POLITICAL 1st.....

We do have shirts available.

Back Logos are only available through your State President.....they will explain...and work with new members on "how" you go about getting one.

Acta Non Verba,

Sidecar Dan-National President
